How to Add Blogskins

This guide is created by the request of Mr Jack Koh to share with you guys the steps to add a blogskin to your blog. We'll be going through the steps in the next few sections. Screenshots will be provided for easy reference.

Editing the code
After you have downloaded your skins, you may have to edit certain sections to suit your own. We'll be using our blogskin as an example for this section.


Let us take a look at the template codes to be edited (highlighted in yellow):

After editing, your layout should look something like this:

Uploading to Blogger
Once you login to Blogger, you will be brought to "Dashboard". It should have a list of blogs that you own as shown below:

(Note: Before you are able to edit the template, you need to have at least 1 post that is published.)

Next, click on "Template" and subsequently you should see 3 tabs: Edit HTML, Pick New and Customise Design). At the "Edit HTML" tab, copy and paste the edited template codes into the big white box. Remember to save your template to see the changes.
